Access to IcM now requires either an allowed network or the official IcM Mobile App.
Desktop users should use Azure VPN (MSFT-AzVPN-*)/GSA, CorpNet, a SAW, or a cloud Dev Box.

Mobile browser users should install the IcM Mobile app from Company Portal after enrolling your device in Intune.
